Drill two 1" holes for inlet & outlet using a 1" drill bit
Upweller bottle: 1 - 32 oz. Gatorade w/bottom cut out
1 - 3" dia. screen (non-galvanized) sealed into neck of bottle w/silicone
1 - 10oz. tube of 100% White silicone rubber sealant
Parts: 1 - 1/2" dia. T w/female thread on end (other two ends smooth)
2 - 1/2" pvc male inlet/outlet stem
2 - 1/2" dia. 90o, 1-1/2" Ln
3 - 1/2" dia. pvc cut to length 1-1/2" Ln
1 - 1/2" pvc 90o , 2" Ln w/male & female ends
1 - 1/2" pvc cut 6" Ln
1 - 1/2" pvc cut 1-1/2" Ln
1 - 1/2" threaded male reducer to 3/4" female slip joint (outside of 3/4" fits inside neck of
Gatorade bottle)
3 - plexiglass plates cut to 5"x7"; fit inside alternating; cut seam in side/bottom and insert
panel and seal w/sealant
1 - 2" pvc cut 6-1/2" w/ two entry holes; seal to inside of cooler w/silicone
1 - 1/2" pvc, 2-1/2" Ln
2 - 1/2" pvc 45o smooth ends
1 - 1/2" pvc cut 1" Ln
1 - 1/2" T w/outlet female thread
1 - end plug for 1/2" pvc (goes on one end of the "T" above)
